Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Aureva Ritual. If there is ever a problem with your order, we will do our best to help.
Change of mind
If you buy from us online as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once you tell us you want to cancel, you then have 14 days to send the item back.
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@aurevaritual.com with your order number.
Items we cannot accept back
Because our products are consumable goods, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or unsealed tea products
- Used or consumed items
- Items that spoil or expire quickly
- Personalised items
- Gift cards, if applicable
If a product has been opened or unsealed, we may not be able to accept it back for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons unless it is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aurevaritual.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return conditions
If a return is accepted, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original sealed packaging
Return postage
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs where appropriate.
For eligible returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and checked, any refund due will be made back to your original payment method within a reasonable time and in line with your legal rights.
Delivery charges
Where required by law, we will refund the basic delivery cost for cancelled eligible orders. Additional delivery charges for upgraded services may not be refunded.
